Goals & planning.
The marketing team needed a simple and modern website to house all of the building specifications and dozens of photos. After the initial design and setup, they wanted to manage updates themselves, so it was set up on WordPress.
Art direction & implementation.
The homepage was designed to feature the three buildings prominently to encourage people to explore. Calls to action on following pages eventually led visitors to contact the brokers leasing the space.
